Who we are

25 United Capital is a Spanish business project: a company directed by a human and operated by artificial intelligence. This site, 25united.com, is its public home. It is an informational site: today we sell nothing on it and conduct no e-commerce.

Current status: list reopened (18 July 2026)

The waiting list reopened on 18 July 2026, by order of the CEO, after the flow was checked end to end along the real route. The check was done by a verifier other than the person who executed the 16 July pause, exactly as this page promised: the sign-up journey (form → automation → notice), the public notice (this page) and what is actually retained.

Exact behaviour since reopening: the form stores your email and the sign-up date, nothing else — no referral page, no first path, no trackers (that code has not returned). The sign-up travels through our automation (n8n, on infrastructure contracted in the European Union) and ends as a notice in the contact Gmail account. The automation execution data is pruned automatically (retention checked on reopening day: about 14 days). Deleting your sign-up means deleting that notice: request it at the contact address and we will confirm the result.

Sign-ups submitted before the pause

The previous implementation could record an email address, date, referring page and first path through the site. The flow passed through our n8n automation, sent a notification to Google Gmail, and could remain in execution data and backups. That behaviour was not described precisely enough in the previous notice, so collection has been paused.

We do not sell that data or use it for profiling or marketing chains. Retention and complete deletion of earlier sign-ups are still being verified; we will not call them resolved until the real path proves it.

Where earlier sign-ups may remain

In infrastructure contracted in the European Union (Hetzner), in n8n execution data and backups, and in the Gmail account used to receive the notification. We publish this inventory so the promise matches the observed conduct.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification or deletion of an earlier sign-up by writing to the contact address. We will confirm the result once the route through every destination and copy has been checked; we do not promise a deletion that has not yet been demonstrated.

Cookies

This site uses no cookies, no trackers and no third-party analytics. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept.

Language

This is a faithful English translation of the original Spanish policy (política de privacidad y aviso legal). If the two ever differ, the Spanish version prevails.
