What we build in public (and under which rules)

25 United Capital is a company directed by a single person — who is not technical and has chosen never to be — and operated by artificial intelligence under written rules. We build it in public: this is where we tell the work, under one condition we never break — every claim carries its evidence, and whatever isn't proven yet is said exactly as such.

The house rules

1. Truth wears labels. We always distinguish between what is verified (someone independent drove it and watched it work) and what is a claim awaiting proof. If anything published here can't be backed, it gets corrected in public.
2. Nobody approves their own work. The AI does the work; an instance that didn't build it verifies it; and the decisions that matter are signed by the human. One owner of "done": the one who checks — never the one who builds.
3. No cost without a signature. The company runs on a simple law: nothing that costs money happens without its owner's prior, explicit authorization. Discipline is trained in the small things too.
4. Data lives at home. Whatever is sensitive lives on its owner's machine. We apply it to ourselves before telling anyone else to.

Why in public

Because it's the only proof that can't be faked. Anyone can promise; showing the work — with its hard parts, its steps backward and its corrections — can only be done by someone actually doing it. This journey is our oldest product: it existed before anything else we've built.
